Story-Wright thanks you for your business and your continued loyalty. However, due to certain constraints and related costs, we must enforce policies relating to returned merchandise.
All “Stock Merchandise” with original packaging may be returned for a money back guarantee within 20 days of date purchased. Past 20 days the return is subject to a restocking fee. Merchandise over 90 days is non-returnable.
Defective merchandise over 20 days can only be exchanged for a replacement of the same product.
“Special Order Items” (non-stock merchandise) - please inquire when merchandise is ordered. These orders require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed.
All “Custom Orders” such as printing, rubber stamps, or materials that have been personalized are non-refundable. These orders require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed.
Story-Wright’s refund policy is subject to the condition and completeness of the product(s) returned. Damaged merchandise cannot be returned for credit or refund. If the merchandise was charged on account, the merchandise returned will be credited to the original invoice for the purchase amount less any applicable restocking fees. A cash refund will be given only when merchandise was purchased with cash or check.
